Please make sure that Dragon is closed and not running before attempting to reinstall the Service Pack. Click the "Install" button to run the repair process. Now select the "Repair" option and click "Next". Once the initial Dragon installation screen appears, click "Next". Note: If Dragon was installed from a download, please browse to where the installation files were extracted and double-click the "setup.exe" file. If the installation process does not start automatically, browse to the files on the DVD and double-click the "setup.exe" file. Insert the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 DVD and the installation process will start automatically. Close out of all applications, including the Dragon message (if it is still open). Solution 1: Repair the Dragon NaturallySpeaking Installation: This issue may also occur if Dragon is down-graded to a previous version. This may occur if Dragon was running while the Service Pack was installed. This issue could be caused by an incomplete or a damaged installation. Please run Setup again to repair this Dragon NaturallySpeaking installation. Repairing your installation should fix this problem. Often this is due to the removal of another speech recognition product or a previous version of NaturallySpeaking from this system.
